    Delegate Miley moves to amend the title of the bill as follows:

    Comm. Sub. for H. B. 3231 –- “A bill to amend and reenact §60A-4-410 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to prohibiting the possession of multiple prescribed medications or prescriptions for controlled substances with the same or similar therapeutic medical purposes; exceptions; limitations; and criminal penalties.”
